Over the last four years, our Head Chef Novel has been joyfully creating wonderful seasonal menu’s, and sourcing quality produce. After many staff meal curry’s over the year’s, Novel has finally been persuaded to add a little spice to the mid week, with his own take on some classic curry dishes, using British meat cuts, and locally sourced fish.

Growing up in Bangladesh, he will be drawing on family recipes, merging it with Sri Lankan flavours and spices, creating something different.
